I provide individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in helping my patients overcome challenges brought on by anxiety, stress, and depression. I pride myself in helping patients process through difficulties related to work, relationships and life changes.

My previous experience with adolescents involved in the foster care system has allowed me to effectively work with adolescents facing social, emotional and behavioral difficulties. Similarly, my experiences working at the Women’s Center has provided me with confidence to help patients cope trauma, along with an array of issues.

I adopt a collaborative viewpoint with my patients so that, as a team, we can explore and process any difficulties, learn critical life skills, and create meaningful connections in their lives. I know making the decision to begin therapy can be frightening, but it is also a courageous and momentous decision. I look forward to walking with you through your therapeutic journey and I hope to see you soon!

I am currently pursing my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at The University of St. Thomas. I am a Clinical Intern under the supervision of Lorrianne Morrow, LPC-S.
