Briana Johnson, LPC-Associate
I provide individual counseling to adolescents and adults. I specialize in helping my clients cope with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, self improvement, and behavioral and emotional difficulties. My counseling approach is a combination of client-centered, solution-focused and goal oriented tailored to the individual’s specific needs.
I offer a welcoming and comfortable judgment-free environment that promotes one’s self-esteem, relationships, and outlook on life. I believe that providing a fresh perspective on an issue can give individuals a better understanding of their own emotions.
My goal as a professional therapist is to establish a positive and trusting rapport with you as a client. As a team, you and I will strategically plan and execute an individualized treatment plan based on your desires. I look forward to working with you!
I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The University of Houston - Victoria. I completed my B.S. in Psychology from the University of Houston with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I also obtained my certification in Early Childhood Intervention, Psychological First Aid, and Positive Psychology: Applications and Interventions.
I am an LPC - Associate under the supervision of Lorrianne Morrow, LPC-S.
