I provide individual counseling to adolescents, adults, and couples. I offer an environment that promotes acceptance, hope, mindfulness, and empathetic understanding to inspire my patients to become their authentic selves. My goal is to develop a treatment plan based on patients' aspirations and provide alternative perspectives to promote growth and attainment of their goals.

I have experience working with an array of issues such as education and learning difficulties, self-esteem, body image issues, obsessive compulsive disorder and grief. My therapeutic approach is interpersonal and client centered. I specialize in helping my clients process through and explore their struggles with depression, anxiety, and trauma.

I strive to make genuine connections with all patients by building rapport, stimulating self exploration, and providing support assisting in communication. I look forward to guiding you through this journey, and I hope to see you soon!

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of St. Thomas. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Baylor University. Upon graduating from Baylor, I worked as a Neurofeedback Technician, Sleep Health Coach, and Heart Rate Variability Biofeedback Coach.

I am a Clinical Intern under the supervision of Lorrianne Morrow LPC-S.
