Constance Williams

Beginning counseling can be a difficult decision for many people; however, it is a resource that can help resolve problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and manage difficult relationship issues. I provide counseling for individuals and families experiencing life challenges and seek to empower them to make positive decisions in order to overcome obstacles and reach their goals.

My professional experiences include working with children, adolescents, college students, adults, parents, and families from diverse backgrounds and life situations. I also have a variety of therapy experiences which include addictions, female domestic violence survivors, mood disorders, attachment issues, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

Though I utilize counseling approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy, I try to meet the client where he or she is and work towards their perceived goal for success.
