Ever feel like life is moving too fast, and you’re just trying to keep up? Whether it’s school stress, friendships, family changes, or figuring out who you are, life can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to face it alone. I find it rewarding to work with teens and adolescents, helping them build confidence, navigate challenges, and develop the resilience they need to thrive. I welcome the opportunity to work with parents adjusting to blended family dynamics, co-parenting struggles, and the ups and downs of raising kids in today’s world.

As a husband and father of two, I understand firsthand the importance of strong family connections, healthy communication, and a sense of balance. In addition to my work in mental health, I am a 6th-degree black belt and martial arts instructor, where I’ve spent years teaching discipline, self-awareness, and the powerful connection between mind and body. These same principles guide my approach to therapy, helping teens and families manage emotions, improve relationships, and tackle life’s transitions with confidence.

I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University under the supervision of Lorrianne Morrow, LPC-S. If you’re ready to take the next step—whether for yourself, your teen, or your family—let’s begin the journey together. Reach out today—I look forward to meeting you!
