Are you ready to start your healing journey from painful life experiences, strengthen relationships, and reconnecting resilience? Whether you're a survivor, a loved one of a survivor, or currently enduring hard times, guidance and support can make all the difference.
I focus on trauma-informed care and services supporting survivors from all ages including children and adults. I am EMDR trained which is an evidence-based technique to help people process distressing experiences, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression and move toward lasting healing. I focus on a holistic approach to care individualized to each client and aim for post-traumatic growth.
I work with children experiencing behavioral challenges, emotional difficulties, or the effects of trauma, and closely with parents to support growth at home and school. With adults I address impacts of trauma such as anxiety, depression, inattentiveness, life transitions, and relational challenges. In my work with couples, I help partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster a deeper emotional connection.
My passion for this work is personal, and I strive to be the kind of support I needed during my own mental health journey. My approach is warm, nonjudgemental, and culturally sensitive. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
I believe that healing is possible at any stage of life and am honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward clarity and connection.
