ADD/ADHD Assessment Fees

Insurance companies do not cover comprehensive ADD/ADHD assessment and reporting services. Therefore, clients must self-pay the full rate for these appointments. Health Savings Accounts (HSA's) qualify for assessments, and sessions can be paid with an HSA debit card at the time of service.
