Group Therapy
Group therapy is a very different from any other type of therapy. It allows you to receive support from others and to realize you are not alone with your struggles. You get feedback from multiple perspectives. Your social skills and conflict resolution skills can be improved as well. In some ways, dynamics among group members can recreate family and other relationship dynamics which can be addressed in the here and now.
